When to call
08:00 –11:30 Medical questions, appointments, home visits
When contacting the GP practice, you will be offered a time slot during which the assistant will call you back. The system automatically calls back the number with which you contacted the GP practice.
14:00 –16:00 Medical results and urgent questions, which cannot be postponed until the next day.
Opening hours Front Office: for picking up/handing in specimen containers and letters only
Morning: 08:00-11:30
Afternoon: 14:00-16:00
In case you cannot meet the appointment, please contact the assistant to cancel your appointment. Otherwise, we are forced to charge you for the appointment.
